Allen Jason Suarly is an Indonesian-qualified lawyer with experience in corporate investment and financing and litigation. He has assisted clients, both foreign and Indonesian, on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters.
Allen has a law degree with a concentration in business from Universitas Pelita Harapan. He is regularly instructed on complex issues such as investments structures and acquisitions, project finance, real property projects, incorporation and insolvency matters. His clients range across various industries, including mining companies to property management companies. Allen is not admitted to legal practice in Singapore.
