Aaron is a passionate, approachable and highly responsive lawyer who heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group of YSL Legal.
He boasts extensive experience in the field of contentious legal work. He has represented both listed and unlisted Singapore and foreign corporations, as well as individuals at all levels of the Singapore courts.
Aaron is adept at handling large and complex contentious legal work. He regularly appears before the Singapore Courts, and maintains an active and diverse dispute resolution practice which spans a broad spectrum of litigation, arbitration as well as mediation matters. He has a keen interest in all areas of the law, with a specific focus on corporate and commercial litigation, employment, defamation and insolvency law.
Aaron firmly believes that legal strategy must be dictated by the commercial and practical realities of the client’s business as well as market at-large. He will take clear ownership of your legal problems, assist in identifying the key objectives, and devise practical solutions that are commercially sensible.
